The Custom Prescription Shoppe is owned and operated by Kevin Faris, RPh. Kevin is a long time resident of Bellingham and has practiced Pharmacy in Whatcom County since obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Washington State University in 1997.
